**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
- Create and manage content for marketing materials, social media posts, blog articles, and newsletters.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute promotional strategies.
- Monitor and manage online brand presence and reputation.
- Organize and participate in promotional events and marketing activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and techniques to implement effective marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, SEO, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
