Engineering Supervisor

Eram Talent is currently looking for an experienced Engineering Supervisor with a background in the hospitality industry to join our team. As the Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the engineering operations of our hospitality clients. You will ensure that all engineering activities are carried out efficiently and effectively, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and lead a team of engineers and technicians
- Plan and coordinate maintenance and repair activities for the facilities and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for facilities
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for outsourced maintenance and repairs
- Provide technical support to the engineering team as needed
- Manage and control the engineering budget
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering or maintenance roles in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment
- Experience in managing a team of engineers and technicians
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Experience with maintenance management software is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
