**Director of Commercial Performance** - KSA based Saudi Arabia

Reporting to the VP Commercial our Director of Commercial performance you will interface with highly influential internal and external stakeholders to drive the performance of our hotel estates and internal teams.**Your Day to Day**

You will:
Be the Regional lead of all pricing and inventory initiatives for the division.

Develop and implement innovative revenue performance strategies and metrics that help multiple hotels with product positioning.

Oversee execution of strategies by directing pricing practices, inventory management practices, measurement and analysis.

Maximize topline revenue, market share and margin contribution through the full utilization of IHG distribution channels. Partner with Director of Distribution to set goals and plans.

Consistently investigate new ideas to capture optimal revenue potential, and provide feedback to ensure hotel needs and revenue-generating improvements are incorporated into tool enhancements or best practices.

Develop, test and measure region and brand-specific pricing strategies, yield strategies, selling strategies and revenue management best practices in all hotels.

In conjunction with liasing with cross-functional areas, you will develop and execute promotions and initiatives to increase revenues.

As a Member of the RFP SteerCo, you will be responsible for the rate agreements with KNR. Leader of the Sales Analytics Manager who support process with communication and proving key insights.

Deliver successful pricing positioning for New Opening hotels, delivering a Value over Price principle.

Lead interactions with Hotel-level operations and Revenue systems. Partner with S&M Hotel Delivery to ensure new enterprise systems are successfully introduced and embedded at hotel level. Manage ongoing care and feeding of Revenue Management systems.

PEOPLE

Lead and cultivate Revenue Management talent development

Lead assigned functions within established budgetary and manpower plans; establish goals, performance standards, and operating procedures for assigned functions. Participate in creation and management of department staffing and capital budgets.

Evaluate the performance of revenue management teams in each brand and at critical hotels in the estate.

RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS

Take a proactive role in participating in the responsible business initiatives in the offices they are based across GC, and as a leader, actively promote our IHG Corporate responsibility initiatives.

**What we need from you**

A strategy thinker with an in-depth knowledge of how **International Hotel Groups** operate to drive performance in primary and tertiary markets

Whether experienced in existing hotel structures or NHOPS, you MUST have held operational Cluster/Area Sales Manager in a mutli-brand, multi-cultural environment within the Middle East.

Evidence of using hotel channels and doing distribution systems and maximising their capabilities

As a proven change instigator you will have utilised your extensive leadership/influencing skills to manage crucial relationships vertically and in complex matrix organisations.

Your partnership driven approach will enable you to “think regionally and act locally”
