JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled Risk and Reporting Manager to oversee our risk management framework and reporting practices. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential risks, analyzing data trends, and developing strategies to mitigate risks across our projects. You will also ensure that accurate and timely reports are produced to provide insights to management and stakeholders, contributing to informed decision-making.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management strategy that aligns with organizational objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments and devise risk mitigation plans to minimize potential disruptions.
- Produce regular risk reports and dashboards, presenting key findings and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with project teams to monitor risk exposure and ensure adherence to risk management protocols.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards related to reporting and risk management.
- Facilitate training and workshops to promote a culture of risk awareness across the organization.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management and reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in risk management and reporting, preferably in project management or engineering.
- Proven experience in data analysis and the use of reporting tools and software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear and actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Professional certifications in risk management (e.g., CRM, FRM) are a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
