**Job Requirements for Senior Production Associate at MDLBEAST**:

- Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 4 years of successful production management experience

- Experience in festival production
- Proficiency in Vectorworks/AutoCad is beneficial
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience in ongoing operational cost reduction and efficiency
- Experience in tendering and supplier management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams of production professionals
- Proven international procurement ability
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong financial management skills
