Bodyshop Manager

Required Body Shop Manager - Auto for Riyadh - KSA

1) Degree / Diploma in Automobile Engineering with 10 to 15 years’ proven experience as a body shop manager.

2) Meet and greet customers, establish good rapport, handle customer inquiries.

3) Maintaining relationships with insurance companies in order to settle claims quickly and fairly.

3) Maintain quality on Body Shop repairs. Ensuring that all repairs are done at reasonable costs, that quality control standards are met 100%, and that customer satisfaction is maintained.

4) Analyze profit-and-loss status and plan jobs accordingly. Estimate cost and price of needed vehicle repairs and to train team members in this ability.

5) Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with state regulations and industry standards.

6) Good knowledge in statistical analysis of business projection. Preparing periodic reports, budgets / business plans and financial reports as per business needs.

7) Reviewing estimates prepared by estimators to ensure that they are reasonable and within industry standards.

8) Knowledge of the preparation, processing, and repair orders.

9) Knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques (manufacturing, paint finishes).

10) Fluent in Arabic (Read, Write and speak)

11) Preferably from Riyadh experience.

Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
