**Your new role, what's involved?**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct material inspections and tests to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams and contractors to monitor the quality and performance of materials used in construction.
- Review and verify material submittals, ensuring they meet project specifications and standards.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, documenting findings and recommendations for corrective actions when necessary.
- Perform site inspections to assess material condition and suitability during various phases of construction.
- Coordinate with laboratory personnel to facilitate necessary material testing and analysis.
- Assist in resolving material-related issues by providing technical guidance and support.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and related documentation for project audits.

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Material Inspector, specifically in road and infrastructure projects.
- Experience working with supervising consultants on projects involving roads, bridges, highways, and tunnels.
- Strong knowledge of material properties, testing methods, and industry standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficient in using technical software and tools related to material inspection.
