Our client in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Planning and Efficiency Engineer to join their operations.

**Job Purpose**
Provide logístical and performance reporting support to the Technical Services department for MIS reporting, budget preparation and implementation, follow up on departments critical activities and develop database of critical information.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assimilate Technical Services departmental costs into a consolidated budget so that the organisation is aware of likely cost to be incurred throughout the following financial year.
- Receive potential capital project submissions from across the Technical Services department, prioritise and prepare Capex submissions for those of higher priority.
- Monitor Departmental KPIs', ISO performance, monthly meeting issues, and generate periodic reports and mitigation actions.
- Produce and distribute regular reports to employees of the TSD showing financial performance versus budget assumptions so that financial opportunities can be capitalised upon, and any areas of unsatisfactory performance can be corrected in a timely manner.
- Record and maintain the ongoing log of all fixed assets for the TSD so that all assets can be accurately represented on the company balance sheet by the Financial Control department.
- Recommend improvements to departmental procedure and direct the implantation of instructions and controls covering a specific of Technical Services activity so that all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective services to customers.
- Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls within a defined area of Engineering Services activity to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/ service and a responsible environment attitude.
- Consolidate annual TSD training plan as per TNA in coordination with HCDD.
- Function as a power user for the TSR system and many user authorizations.
- Issue periodic status reports for TSRs' and monitor for improved performance.
- Issue periodic reports for TSD and TAM KPIs highlight concern areas for required improvement action.

**Minimum Qualifications and Experience**
- University Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5-7 years' experience in Performance Management, Data Acquisition, Reporting, Trending and Analysis.
- Prior experience in Business Planning and Budgeting.
- prior experience in the use of SAP to plan maintenance activities.
