**Role Overview**

With direction from the Talent & OD Manager (Middle East), the OD Specialist (KSA) is responsible for the delivery of key organisation development activities in the ME region, including, but not limited to: team alignment, change management, culture assessments, and proposal support,

**Detailed responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Liaise with local project leadership and HR team members to deliver high-impact OD activities (at both the individual and team level).
- Lead the implementation of change management activities for internal customers across the enterprise
- Deliver team alignment sessions for internal and internal / external client groups
- Support the implementation, analysis and recommendations of cultural assessments
- Collaborate with the Talent Management Center of Expertise (COE) Organization Development Manager to shape solutions and support delivery of OD interventions
- Collaborate with regionally assigned Business Partner/s to implement the overall TM OD strategy in the context of regional requirements (e.g., Saudization requirements).
- Lead focus groups across the region as directed by the Talent & OD Manager (Middle East)
- Provide support for regional business development colleagues in their pursuit of winning new work through activities such as proposal support, orals preparation, assessment centers, etc
- Support the development of enterprise functional competencies

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Change Management, or related discipline with a minimum of 8 - 10 years of related experience with demonstrated increase in responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience delivering Organisation Development programs and solutions for the enterprise or specific business lines.
- Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to accomplish a shared goal.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a large multinational across diverse geographies and cultures
- Working knowledge of a matrix organizational structure
- Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci)
- Experience managing organizational change for medium to large cultural change efforts
- Experience facilitating focus groups to collect data to support localized programs and initiatives.
- Ability to travel 10-15%
