The project:
This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development, including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts, along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-caliber and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Manage key assignments and business areas, providing strategic direction aligned with company goals.
- Support planning performance across sectors/hubs, contributing to long-term business success.
- Oversee effective planning, scheduling, and monitoring of projects and tenders, with emphasis on 4D planning.
- Build and maintain strong communication and relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Assist senior management with negotiations, contracts, and business development, ensuring due diligence.
- Lead and uphold Mace’s safety-first values across all project standards - quality, cost, schedule, sustainability, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to local health and safety regulations across the project portfolio.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and well-being within your team.
- Contribute to long-term strategy development for sustainable business growth.
- Champion Mace values and holds others accountable to them.
- Foster knowledge sharing and team collaboration.

You’ll need to have:

- Relevant degree qualification.
- Professional membership (e.g., APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA) or equivalent.
- Extensive planning experience
- Strong expertise in property or infrastructure project management.
- Solid commercial and financial acumen.
- Proven leadership of large, diverse teams.
- Skilled in managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Awareness of carbon and sustainability impacts on project delivery.
- Eligible for a Saudi Arabia visa with experience on high-value consultancy projects.
