**Roles & Responsibilities**

Performing workshop activities, maintain and troubleshooting of machines, fabrication of special tools and spare parts that are required and not available in inventory in order to support maintenance activities in the plant, general repairing of mobile and fixed industrial equipment and vehicles.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and execute Reverse Design of existing spare parts and tools.
- Good experience for hydraulic pumps and hydraulic system.
- Good experience in gear boxes and screw air compressor.
- Good experience in conveyor belts and rotations system.
- Good Experience in repairing marble/stone grinding and polishing machine.
- Operate and maintain all workshop equipment's including lathes, milling, drilling, lapping and balancing machines, and measuring instruments.
- Conducting a refurbishment repair of equipment’s wear and tear parts.
- Inspect operational requirements, and safety standards.
- Check equipment and operating systems and correct wherever necessary.
- Ensure mechanical operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality.
- Resolve motor, pump and hydraulic problems.
- Show expertise in working with team and independently.
- Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures and
Repair and perform preventive maintenance as per established standards.
- Use hand tools like power tools and rigging equipment daily.
- Welding and cutting experience.
- Handle simple and complex heavy industrial equipment like forklifts, scissor lifts, basket trucks and bobcats.
- Handle time accounting ad complete work order.
- Manage employee relations.
- Work all shifts flexibly when job demands.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company protocols and create incident reports on accidents and equipment failures
- Perform installation and dismantling of parts and equipment using power tools, cranes, and heavy machinery
- Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs.
- Documenting processes and maintaining mechanical service records.
- Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies.
- Optimizing mechanical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings.
- Training co-workers on the safe and efficient use of mechanical machinery and equipment.
- Maintaining a tidy work environment and adhering to industry regulations.
