**Responsibilities**:

- Electrical Design and Planning: Lead the development of electrical system designs for building projects, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, security, and communication systems. Utilize industry standards, codes, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into building designs. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of electrical components.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise on electrical engineering principles, including load calculations, circuit design, equipment selection, and specification writing. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in electrical engineering to enhance project outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and inspections of electrical designs and installations to ensure adherence to specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Identify and resolve any design or installation issues promptly to minimize project delays.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and expectations regarding electrical systems. Provide clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with deliverables.
- Budget and Schedule Management: Assist in the development of project budgets and schedules related to electrical engineering activities. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or deviations, and implement corrective measures as needed to ensure adherence to established timelines and budgets.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that electrical designs and installations comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Obtain necessary permits and approvals from regulatory authorities as required for project execution.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Extensive experience (typically 7+ years) in electrical engineering, with a focus on building and construction projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software and electrical design tools.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
