JASARA PMC is searching for a skilled IT/BIM Systems Administrator/Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the IT and Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems, ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness in supporting project delivery. You will work closely with project teams to implement and maintain IT solutions and BIM processes that enhance collaboration and productivity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administer and maintain the organization's IT and BIM systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with project teams to establish and implement BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
- Provide technical support and training for users of IT and BIM systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues, implementing solutions as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends in IT and BIM technologies, evaluating new tools and solutions.
- Assist in the development of project-specific BIM execution plans.
- Ensuring data security and backup integrity for all IT and BIM systems.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems administration and BIM management.
- Strong knowledge of BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks) and related technologies.
- Experience with IT infrastructure, cloud services, and network management.
- Proven ability to manage projects and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Certifications in relevant technology fields (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Autodesk Certified Professional) are desirable.
