**Responsibilities**:

- To lead in company legal matters and represent company in labor court cases.
- To report to the senior management on the status of the employees visa and other documentation of the organization and perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.
- To represent the Company at various statutory bodies including Immigration department, Labor office, Health authorities, Chamber of Commerce, Municipality, Port authorities, Airport authorities, Electricity, Water authorities and Traffic office etc.
- Makes sure all business contracts, tenancy and residential agreement, bills and trade Licenses are properly recorded, updated and renewed before expiry date to avoid the fine.
- Update the management of the changes in laws related to Labor and Immigration departments and of other rules and regulations that have been amended and deemed necessary for the smooth functioning of the company.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors in Business Administration or any relevant program
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a PRO/GRO
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Should know the following languages Hindi/Urdu/English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
