**Job Description** We are looking for a Helpdesk Supervisor**

**Your Role**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of a technical help desk.
- Lead a team of helpdesk technicians, including training and performance management.
- Train your team on help desk tools and procedures to resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure smooth operation of the AVAYA phone system and CAFM reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve systems integration.
- Provide technical support to users and handle escalations.
- Identify areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Your Qualifications**:

- Degree Qualified.
- 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Thorough knowledge of the area you supervise.
