**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and client-focused individual to join Analytix Arabia Management Consultants as a Client Relationship Coordinator. Based in Riyadh, this role will involve building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams, and providing proactive support to enhance client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Collaborate with the sales, operations, and support teams to ensure clients receive a consistent and top-tier experience.
- Address client inquiries promptly and manage their requests efficiently.
- Provide in-person support to walk-in clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Oversee client coordination across Riyadh, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with clients effectively.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background (preferred).
- Prior experience in client relationship management, customer service, or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
