Required - Category Buyers
Reporting to: Buying Head
Salary Range: 4K - 8K

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze sales trends and consumer demand to develop category/sub-category strategies and product mix
- Achieve sales targets and gross profit margin category/sub-category wise and store-wise
- Identify new products and suppliers to increase product variety and category/sub-category assortment
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and maintain profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure product quality and timely delivery
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability within company norms
- Develop and execute promotional plans to support category/sub-category sales targets
- Collaborate with store operations and visual merchandising teams to ensure effective product display and placement
- Conduct regular store visits to review product placements, sales, and inventory levels
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead of the market
- Participate in the budgeting process and provide input to category/sub-category level budgets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing activities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in buying and purchasing
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
