**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific QAQC plans.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
- Implement corrective actions for identified non-conformities.
- Oversee the selection, testing, and approval of construction materials.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials.
- Conduct material testing and analysis to verify compliance with specifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of QAQC activities, inspection reports, and material test results.
- Generate comprehensive reports for project stakeholders.
- Conduct internal and external audits to assess the effectiveness of QAQC processes.
- Work with third-party auditors to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide training on QAQC procedures and material specifications to project teams.
- Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about local and international regulations related to QAQC and materials used in construction.
- Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address quality-related concerns and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on lessons learned from previous projects. Participate in post-project reviews to identify areas for enhancement.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in QAQC and material engineering within the construction industry.
- Professional certifications related to QAQC and materials are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, testing methods, and quality control procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and address quality issues.
- Proficient in using QAQC software and tools.
