**المسؤوليات الرئيسية**:

- **التصميم والتطوير**:

- المساعدة في تصميم وتطوير معدات وآلات ثقيلة جديدة.
- تحسين المعدات الحالية من خلال تعزيز الأداء والسلامة وكفاءة استهلاك الوقود.
- العمل على تطوير تقنيات وحلول جديدة لتحسين كفاءة الآلات.
- **الصيانة والإصلاح**:

- الإشراف على جداول الصيانة للمعدات الثقيلة والآلات.
- إجراء فحوصات دورية وتشخيص الأعطال لضمان تشغيل المعدات بأعلى مستويات الكفاءة.
- تحديد المشكلات الميكانيكية وإيجاد حلول لإصلاحها.
- إجراء الإصلاحات أو التنسيق مع فرق الإصلاح للمعدات المعطلة.
- **الاختبار ومراقبة الجودة**:

- اختبار الآلات الجديدة والحالية لضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والكفاءة التشغيلية.
- مراجعة ومراقبة بيانات الاختبار، وتعديل التصاميم أو العمليات حسب الحاجة.
- التأكد من أن جميع المعدات تلبي المواصفات المطلوبة ومعايير السلامة.
- **السلامة والامتثال**:

- ضمان امتثال جميع المعدات الثقيلة للوائح السلامة والمعايير الصناعية والقوانين البيئية.
- إجراء تدقيقات وتقييمات السلامة للحد من الحوادث في مكان العمل.
- تنفيذ برامج تدريبية للسلامة للمشغلين والموظفين الآخرين الذين يعملون مع المعدات الثقيلة.
- **الدعم الفني والوثائق**:

- تقديم الدعم الفني والمشورة لحل المشكلات للمشغلين وفرق الصيانة.
- تطوير وصيانة الوثائق الفنية مثل كتيبات المعدات وإجراءات الصيانة والإرشادات التشغيلية.
- **إدارة المشاريع**:

- إدارة المشاريع المتعلقة بالمعدات الثقيلة، وضمان إتمامها في الوقت المحدد وبالميزانية المحددة وتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية.
- التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى لإدارة دورة حياة المعدات الثقيلة من التصميم إلى الإيقاف.
- **التحسين المستمر**:

- اقتراح وتنفيذ حلول فعّالة من حيث التكلفة لتحسين المعدات والآلات.
- متابعة التطورات في الصناعة والتقنيات الحديثة وأفضل الممارسات الهندسية.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Development**:

- Assist in the design and development of new heavy equipment and machinery.
- Improve existing equipment by enhancing performance, safety, and fuel efficiency.
- Work on developing new technologies and solutions to improve the operational efficiency of machines.
- **Maintenance and Repairs**:

- Oversee the maintenance schedules for heavy equipment and machinery.
- Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to ensure equipment is operating at optimal levels.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues, providing solutions for repair.
- Perform repairs or coordinate repairs for broken or malfunctioning equipment.
- **Testing and Quality Control**:

- Test new and existing machinery to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
- Review and monitor testing data, adjusting designs or processes as needed.
- Ensure that all equipment meets the required specifications and safety regulations.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure that all heavy equipment complies with safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental laws.
- Conduct safety audits and assessments to minimize workplace accidents.
- Implement safety training for operators and other employees working with heavy equipment.
- **Technical Support and Documentation**:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting advice to operators and maintenance staff.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for equipment manuals, maintenance procedures, and operational guidelines.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage projects related to heavy equipment, ensuring timely completion, on-budget performance, and operational goals are met.

Coordinate with other departments to manage the lifecycle of heavy equipment from design to decommissioning.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Propose and implement cost-effective solutions for the optimization of machinery and equipment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and new engineering practices.

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month
