**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Sales Support**:

- Create and maintain quotations, orders and contracts
- Process ERP and update for Sales Quotation, Sales Order and Invoices

**Initiate the Deal**:

- Communicate with the customer from customer list to determine the potential customers
- Follow up with potential customer till RFQ receipt

**Request for Quotation (RFQs)**
- Analyze the RFQ & provide feedback to the customer for the ‘’ intention to bid’’
- Communicate with related department (Engineering, Operation & Purchase, etc.) to make sure of capability of materials to deliver the Scope of Work

**Costing**
- Receive customer quotations and RFQ's and reviews the costing sheet from commercials against the sheet
- Proceed with management approvals on the costing/quotation sheet
- Prepare quotation and hand over to the customer for closure
- Receive the Purchase Order, converting to Sales Order & deliver it to the related departments (Engineering, Operation, Production and Warehouse)
- Follow up with the Operations and Finance Departments until the invoice is delivered to custome

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
