Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Designer - Electrical to join their team. As a leading talent acquisition consultancy, Eram Talent specializes in providing recruitment solutions for various industries, including oil and gas, petroleum, infrastructure, energy, water, transportation, science and technology, and healthcare.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop electrical systems and components based on project requirements and specifications
- Create detailed design drawings and documentation for electrical systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that designs are aligned with project goals and requirements
- Perform electrical calculations, simulations, and analyses to validate design performance
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis to support design decisions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Support the fabrication, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior designers and other team members

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Mandatory: SPI/S3D/Microstation Design experience
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in electrical design
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and industrial automation
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Willingness to travel for project assignments, if required
