A leading international consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their team in a remote location in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex educational and hospitality projects in Saudi Arabia, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. As a project manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, consultants, and clients to achieve project goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the end-to-end project management process for the project, from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and clients to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Ensure effective communication and provide regular project updates to stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress, risks, and changes.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and monitor financial performance to achieve project profitability.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective teamwork and motivating team members to achieve project objectives.
- Continuously assess and improve project management processes, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing relevant changes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in consulting and development roles related to educational and hospitality projects.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of the educational and hospitality industries, regulations, and standards in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
- PMP certification or other relevant project management certifications are advantageous.
- Available to start as soon as possible.
