**Job Title**: Manager - Finance

**Location**: Riyadh, SA

**Salary Range**: SAR 12,000 - SAR 14,000

**Financial Planning and Analysis**:

- Develop and oversee financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to support strategic initiatives and financial performance monitoring.

**Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and disclosures in compliance with IFRS standards and regulatory requirements.

**Management Reporting**:

- Provide regular financial insights and analysis to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

**Taxation and Compliance**:

- Manage tax planning, compliance, and reporting activities, including VAT, corporation tax, and other relevant taxes, ensuring adherence to local tax laws and regulations.

**Audit Management**:

- Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring timely and accurate provision of financial information and addressing audit findings and recommendations.

**Cash Flow Management**:

- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements, optimizing cash management strategies and supporting funding decisions.

**Financial Controls**:

- Establish and maintain robust financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

**Financial Systems**:

- Evaluate and implement financial systems and tools to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve financial reporting capabilities.

**MIS (Management Information System)**:

- Consolidate MIS data for all business units in the ME II region.
- Coordinate with different teams for data accuracy and updates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports/dashboards for regional head and head office within defined timelines.
- Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in operational review meetings, record minutes, and update concerned parties.
- Track and maintain all performance metrics of the centers.
- Support improvement projects and provide actionable insights based on data.

**Other Requirements**:

- Chartered Accountant (ACA or equivalent) with 6-10 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or MSc is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and audit management.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial management software.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ﷼12,000.00 - ﷼14,000.00 per month
