Provide 1st level support to the GHL-Arabia Trolley Vending Machine Operation. To ensure that the operation of the vending machines is according to standards set by GHL-Arabia and the manufacturer.

To coordinate between operations and the IT Department management.

Operational - Ensure that the consumables like receipt paper rolls are always available and monitor the ETISS-NG client software for any alerts/alarms for such. - Assist service users, cash management users, and trolley management users with the use of the ETISS-NG client. - Ensure all physical and system access to the vending units are monitored and are accounted for. No access (physical or system-wise) should be shared or delegated unless authorized by the APH-GHL management. - Educate and inform new users coming into service, ensure that they follow established protocols and procedures. Technical Support - Ensure that the communications equipment and their functions are all working. This includes monitoring of the KBC modem routers and the Fiber Network devices. - Monitor all related alarms and alerts generated by the ETISS-NG system, from rails, hoppers, payment terminals, coin box, etc. - Ensure that the Vending Units are functioning in all aspects, from Payment Terminals, Printer, Rails. - Ensure that the vending units are monitored consistently for faults and disconnection to the network, internet, and the server. - Must evaluate and assess initially all technical issues related to the operability of the vending units. - Coordinate with the HO IT technician and the Network administrator for any related issues. - Perform test as required by the IT management or as per guidance from both (IT and Wanzl).

- Responds to dispatch calls for trolley vending machines technical support. - Visually inspects and assess trolley vending machines to determine causes of malfunctions. - Inspects parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other problems; removes and replaces worn or defective parts; realigns and adjusts components; tests machine operation following repair. - Reviews inventory and orders parts; ships and receives trolley vending machines parts; maintains equipment inventory. - Prepares and assists in installations and removals. - Performs other duties as assigned.

**Salary**: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼9,000.00 per month
