**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Constructability Review**:

- Lead the constructability review process for all engineering designs, identifying potential construction challenges and proposing innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with design teams to optimize designs for constructability, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
- **Value Engineering**:

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and value enhancement through value engineering workshops and analysis.
- Develop and implement value engineering strategies to optimize project outcomes.
- **Construction Methodology Development**:

- Develop and implement innovative construction methodologies and techniques to improve efficiency and safety.
- Identify and adopt best practices from industry standards and lessons learned from past projects.
- **Coordination with Construction Teams**:

- Collaborate closely with construction teams to ensure seamless integration of design and construction activities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams to address challenges and optimize construction processes.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify and assess construction risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor their effectiveness.
- Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor a team of constructability engineers and specialists.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the constructability team.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 25 years of experience in construction and engineering, with a strong focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record in implementing constructability reviews and value engineering programs.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, equipment, and materials.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and risk management principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
