**ABOUT THE HOSPITAL**:
This Ministry of Health medical facility was built in 2004 at a cost of 2.3 billion Saudi Riyals. The facility is comprised of four hospitals and four medical centres expected to treat more than 19,000 in-patients annually and over 238,000 outpatients. This includes a specialist hospital of 450 beds, a children’s hospital of 250 beds, a maternity hospital, rehabilitation hospital and an Oncology centre.

They are based in Riyadh, in the heart of Saudi Arabia. Their size and location give them the opportunity to provide every citizen in the region with the best health care service possible.

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:

- 3 years Consultant experience in a Western hospital
- 3 years post specialist qualification experience from the following countries:
UK - CCT
USA - American Board
Canada - Canadian Fellowship
Ireland - CSD/CSCST
Australia & New Zealand (Fellowship)
France - DES/DESC
Other European countries according to the qualification equivalence tables of the SCFHS.

Contract Duration: One year initially (renewable)
Contract Status: Married (if required) Self, spouse & 2 children (to18yrs)
Accommodation: Provided for free or allowance of maximum SR 50,000
Ultilities: Provided free of charge
Flights: Business Class for family at start & end of contract year
Vacation: 35 days annually + 11 days Local holidays
Study Leave 10 days a year with up to SR 15,000 per annum allowance
Medical Cover: Provided for self & family through the employee clinic
Transport: As required
Hours of Work: 48 hrs a week/5 days & On call duties
Start Date: By agreement but asap.
