Netsuite Administrator

We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Administrator to manage and optimize our NetSuite ERP system.

They will collaborate closely with the Financial Department to optimize processes and enhance business performance.
- System Administration:

- Manage and maintain the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Configure and customize NetSuite modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable) to meet the specific needs of the Financial Team at Salla.
- Financial Management:

- Oversee financial transactions within NetSuite, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger activities, and multi-currency transactions.
- Develop and maintain financial reports, analytics, and dashboards to support decision-making.
- User Support and Training:

- Provide training and support to all ERP users on NetSuite functionalities and best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related inquiries and issues.
- Integration and Automation:

- Collaborate with Data and Development teams to integrate NetSuite with other systems such as CRM, payroll, and e-commerce platforms.
- Identify opportunities for process automation to improve efficiency.
- Compliance and Audit:

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and internal controls, particularly in relation to revenue recognition and financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation for audits and financial reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus.
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator, with a focus on financial modules.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or Financial User are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite financial modules, including Advanced Financials and Revenue Management.
- Experience in creating and managing financial forecasts and budgets within NetSuite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
