**Principal Duties**:

- Collect user requirements ensuring solution is in line with scope of work and proper documentation is developed facilitating the system maintenance and support activities;
- Follow an SDLC development methodology;
- Assist in design, development, testing and the delivery of SAP solutions;
- Assist with SAP development, architecture, software maintenance and system administration;
- Participate in project plan development and execute the project tasks; and
- Ensure data integrity and be able to resolve any software vulnerabilities to improve and ensure system’s security.

**Education**:
Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a Computing / IT Field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years hands on experience with IT systems analysis, programming, testing and implementation;
- Ability to develop project proposals, plan and deliverables;
- Able to conduct User Acceptance testing;
- Knowledge of automated testing tools is desirable;
- Project management skills are required; and

**Certifications/Other requirements as applicable**:

- SAP Certification is desirable;
- Knowledge of Healthcare environment is desirable;
- Knowledge of presentation tools like Visio, Power Point is required;
- Presentation skills are necessary; and
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills are required.
