We are seeking a highly motivated recent Civil Engineering graduate to join our Roads and Highways design team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

As an integral member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for contributing to the design, planning, and implementation of road and highway projects across the region.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Saudi graduate with a passion for infrastructure development to make a meaningful impact on the transportation network of Saudi Arabia.
**Your new role, what's involved?**
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to develop detailed designs and plans for road and highway projects, considering factors such as traffic flow, safety, and environmental impact.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and codes governing road and highway design, including Saudi Aramco standards and Ministry of Transport guidelines.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities and obtain necessary permits and approvals for project implementation, adhering to established procedures and timelines.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, consultants, and community representatives, to coordinate project activities and address stakeholder concerns.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate project objectives, progress updates, and technical requirements to stakeholders effectively.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery within budgetary constraints.
- Support construction supervision teams during the construction phase by providing technical guidance, resolving design-related issues, and ensuring adherence to approved plans.

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field from a reputable university in Saudi Arabia.
- Saudi nationality is mandatory for this position.
- 0-2 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on roads and highways design.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or Bentley MicroStation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical data and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian regulations, standards, and specifications related to road and highway design is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
