- Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- **Strategic Talent Acquisition**:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and tailor recruitment approaches to meet their specific needs.
- **Client Engagement and Relationship Management**:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition best practices and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand their hiring needs, address concerns, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand business relationships and generate new client leads.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
**Salary**: From ﷼9,000.00 per month
