Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Construction Manager**to join our team In this role, you will lead the delivery of a large scale project, ensuring successful execution from planning through handover.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Directing and managing all on-site construction activities in line with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Developing construction execution plans, resource strategies, and milestone tracking to meet schedule and budget.
- Coordinating with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution.
- Supervising site teams and subcontractors, assigning work, monitoring progress, and recommending corrective actions.
- Reviewing and approving construction drawings, materials, and equipment.
- Leading site inspections, safety audits, and quality checks to ensure compliance and resolve technical issues.
- Preparing detailed progress reports and presenting updates to senior management and clients.
- Managing scope changes, project risks, and potential delays while ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
- Promoting construction best practices, technical excellence, and client satisfaction across the project.
- Implementing and ensuring compliance with safety, QA/QC, and document control protocols.
- Representing Parsons in meetings with clients, authorities, and external stakeholders.

**What Required Skills You’ll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field with 15+ years of experience in construction management of large-scale concrete/steel frame or mixed-use/hospitality/building developments.
- Demonstrated experience working with PMC and major contractors on complex, high-value projects.
- Strong leadership in managing site operations, construction teams, and subcontractor performance.
- Proficiency in construction planning, progress tracking, cost control, and risk management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead meetings and report effectively.
- Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.

**What Desired Skills You’ll Bring**:

- Professional registration (e.g., PMP, PE) is preferred.
- Experience in public meetings, regulatory coordination, or working with government clients.
- Ability to proactively manage changes, resolve conflicts, and uphold high technical and commercial standards.
