**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Greeting Visitors**: Welcome visitors, clients, and guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- **Answering Calls**: Handle incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate department or individual, and take messages when necessary.
- **Managing Front Desk**: Maintain the reception area by keeping it tidy and organized at all times.
- **Scheduling**: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- **Mail Handling**: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with basic administrative tasks like filing, copying, and maintaining office supplies.
- **Database Management**: Keep an updated log of visitors and maintain accurate records for appointments and meetings.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and guests.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate with different departments for scheduling, meetings, and office requirements.
- **Maintain Confidentiality**: Ensure confidentiality and data protection when handling sensitive information.

**Qualifications**:

- **Nationality**: Saudi National
- **Education**: Minimum high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- **Experience**: Previous experience in reception or customer service roles is preferred, but not required.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent in Arabic and English)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- **Availability**: Must be available to work during business hours

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
