Administrative Sales Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the sales team with administrative support including preparing quotes, proposals, and sales reports.
- Maintain and update customer records, CRM databases, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for the sales department.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and follow up on deliveries or outstanding payments.
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Support in organizing sales events, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
- Communicate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office support.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM systems preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Familiarity with sales principles and customer service practices.
