The General Assembly Production Team Lead position will fully support the day to day operations at our plant in KAEC, KSA. In this position you will fully support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing on the plant floor. This is a unique opportunity to set up and run a world class plant to build a world class vehicle.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Production Supervisor with any tasks and update production boards and daily metrics.
- Knowledge of problem solving methodology and support production supervisor with SQDCPE objective completion.
- Coach and lead team on daily activities.
- Actively work to nurture and maintain a culture of collaboration and positivity on the shop floor.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing processes to eliminate waste.
- Create an environment where every employee is valued for their contributions, and they understand how they impact the success of the company.
- Deliver improvements in FTT (first time through metrics) and operational performance metrics
- Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines.
- Drive world class quality for our luxury vehicle through in station process control and driving defect resolution to the point of fit.
- Lead the daily MRP and Triage (scrap) process, schedule delays and quality issues over the course of the day.
- Develop and implement training plans for team members.
- Ensure all production members follow working instructions and associated tasks.
- Drive efficiencies in process to deliver yearly improvements.
- Set production goals and communicate them to the team.
- Provide cadenced, meaningful feedback to team members on their performance, their goals, and their path to reach those goals.

**Requirements**:

- Interface well with internal and external customers.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Drive efficiency, best practices and lessons learnt through new model launch processes.
- Experience in methodizing production workstations for ergonomics and efficiency.
- Preferred knowledge of MES and SAP systems.
- Experience in factory environments hiring and training associates to support new products and processes.
- Good communication, verbal and written skills.
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Kaizen 5S.
- Basic IT Literacy skills (MS Office).
- Able to be flexible to work extra hours and react to assignments at short notice.
