Senior Data Center Service Delivery Engineer

What you’ll achieve
A Data Center Whitespace Engineer shall be responsible for the overall effectiveness and efficiency of data center technology systems and networks infrastructure inside white space by leading the development of hosting strategies, equipment layouts, service delivery standards, processes, and procedures and promote best practices & recommended industry standards to be utilized across Data Centers facilities.
You will:
- Coordinate the activities of technical solution team members to meet contract obligations, ensuring that full life cycle delivery costs are within the service level agreement.
- Proactively identify potential issues and drive resolution to avoid customer impact; facilitating continuous improvement.
- Build and sustain effective communications with all partners and cross-functional teams, maximising the customer experience and relationships
- Develop strategic account growth plan along with sales and Global Services SMEs, identifying and pursuing potential sales opportunities
- Maintain awareness of all service matters and manage customer during high priority escalations.

Essential Requirements
- Review and assess power requirements and compliance with designed load and actual loads
- Conduct technical meetings and workshops with vendors/contractors for hosting reviews
- Manage and control the complexity of data center power and cooling densities including the management of airflow to eliminate hot spots.
- Manage and control capacity and utilization of infrastructure
- Maintain and perform audits for adherence to applicable Standards, Processes and Policies
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelors’ Degree
- Additional language skills preferred
