Admin Section - Protocol Services Department
Responsible for receiving and directing visitors and addressing inquiries related to the Hospital or departmental functions, policies, and procedures.
**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Greets patients, employees, or visitors in a professional manner.
2. Determines the purpose of the caller's inquiry and gathers the necessary information.
3. Assists in processing required paperwork and completing forms as submitted or requested by the caller.
4. Directs callers to the appropriate area and provide directions when needed.
5. Answers inquiries and provide information or refer callers to the appropriate individual.
6. Handles incoming telephone calls, provides assistance, and performs general clerical duties as required.
7. Participates in departmental/unit-specific and hospital-wide quality improvement plans.
**Education**:
Bachelor’s or Associate Degree/Diploma in Hospital Administration, or other related discipline is required.
**Experience Required**:
No experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or one (1) year of related experience with Associate Degree/Diploma is required.
**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
Saudi Nationals Only.
