**Responsibilities**:
The Human Resources Administrator will play a key role in all aspects that affect the employee during the employment lifecycle, including the employee: on-boarding procedure, probation period, leave procedure, medical coverage, performance management program, legal issues including grievance and discipline cases, employee separation, and to advise employees, supervisors/line managers on all aspects of the HR policies & procedures
**Qualification Requirements**:
- **Essential**:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resource or Business Management. Computer literacy in MS-Word, MS-Excel in advance level. Good command of English and Arabic.
- **Desirable**:
SHRM or CIPD, HR KPI’s qualification.
**Experience and Skills Requirements**:
- **Essential**:
Experience in a Human Resources role, with knowledge and understanding of HR administration, policies & procedures, including in-depth knowledge of the Saudi Labor Law.
- **Desirable**:
- Experience in the role of a human resource within the construction or mining industry.
- Experience with grievance counselling and disciplinary procedures.
Understanding of HR systems.
**Competencies**:
- **Essential**:
- Fluent in English and Arabic and can relate to all employees and managers and develop/maintain sound working relationships.
- High attention to detail - can analyses information and identify errors and gaps
Organized - can work within defined timelines and work methodically towards them
