As a Saudi National Human Resource Generalist, you will support in running the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department in Saudi Arabia including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. The role will be responsible for driving Saudization and overseeing office administration to ensure that the office is operating smoothly.

**Assumes responsibility for executing a wide range of human resource functions during the employment lifecycle to achieve organizational goals and objectives adhering to the HR legislative environment.**
- Assists with the effective attraction, recruitment, and selection of core operational talent according to the recruitment procedures.
- Manage the efficient on-boarding of staff including all documentation, system access and induction.
- Responsible for the accurate input, update, and maintenance of data in the HR system.
- Management of learning and development plans, documentation and.
- Compiles with government regulations and company policy.
- Consistently and effectively manage employee relations issues in line with the company policies and procedures and according to legislative requirements.
- Maintains and updates all employee files. Ensures that employee files are complete and in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Manages the efficient, timeous, and accurate administration and record keeping of all HR related information in order to ensure high levels of compliance.
- Compiles, generates, and analyses HR statistics and reports as requested in order to facilitate quality decision making and meet legislative requirements.
- Assists with the implementation of projects and initiatives.
- Ensures superior customer service through the resolution of all HR related queries.
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.

**Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with employees and management.**
- Ensures that employee’s needs are addressed and that employees are informed of procedures and policies.
- Resolves employee requests, complaints, and problems courteously and promptly.
- Advises employees in line with company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
- Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant concerns. Completes required reports accurately and promptly. Attends meetings as required.

**Assumes responsibility for maintaining professional business relations with government contacts, and suppliers.**
- Ensures that the company’s professional reputation is maintained.
- Ensures that questions and concerns are promptly and courteously resolved.

**Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned by**:

- Completing required reports and surveys, special projects.
- Keeping abreast of developments in Human Resources and related legal requirements.
- Employee Benefits management including medical insurance, allowances etc.

**Assumes the responsibility for team management**:

- Oversee the assignments, and daily workflow of team members in the department.
- Delegates, guides, empowers, and coaches team members and manages their performance.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**

**Education/Certification**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- HR Certification will be an added advantage.

**Experience Required**
- Minimum of 2 years solid experience as an HR Generalist/Specialist/Officer or Senior HR Administrator.
- Previous Payroll Administration, and Recruitment preferred.
- Good experience in managing Saudization.

**Required Knowledge**
- HR Information systems, including assessing, inputting, and compiling data.
- Research and analysis of information.
- Sound knowledge of Employment Law in KSA
