The Role
To technically (cost management) lead projects / team from feasibility through to final account stage with responsibility for QA/QC for service delivery. Cost management includes for commercial contract administration lead across the business, providing guidance on contracts agreements, notice preparation etc. of contracts. Managing a business unit with responsibility for fee modelling and profit and loss of projects / business unit. This will include supporting in preparation of yearly business plans, business development, client account management, recruitment strategy and implantation, software reviews and enhancement, resource management, staff development and appraisals. Leading the KSA Cost and Commercial Management team delivery of the above. Additionally, support in review and recommendations on Compass own service agreements with clients.
**Requirements**:
Experience Previous Senior quantity Surveyor and / or Associate level experience at a Cost Consultant is required within KSA. Having achieved success performing activities as described within “Role”. Management of services through Design, Tender and Construction Phases. Previous UAE/KSA experience of managing a team of quantity surveyors for a single or multiple projects. Qualifications A property or construction related degree is required. RICS Accreditation is required.
