Our client are a leading and rapidly growing FMCG company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with a commitment to delivering high-quality products to consumers, who pride themselves on innovation, sustainability, and a passion for excellence. As they continue to expand operations in the Kingdom and globally they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Director to join the leadership team and contribute to the continued success.

As the Finance Director, you will play a crucial role in the financial leadership of in KSA. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, strategy, and planning within the organization. This is a strategic position that requires a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in the FMCG industry and a deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian and/or wider GCC market.

**Responsibilities**:
**Financial Strategy and Planning**:Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.

Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing strategic insights to drive decision-making.

**Financial Reporting**:Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Provide insightful analysis of financial performance and trends, presenting findings to senior management.

**Risk Management**:Identify financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and accounting standards.

**Team Leadership**:Manage and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Mentor and develop finance professionals to enhance their skills and capabilities.

**Financial Operations**:Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including cash flow management, accounts payable/receivable, and financial controls. Streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**Business Partnering**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive profitability and cost optimization.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional finance qualification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Finance Director or similar leadership role in the FMCG industry in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian financial regulations and market dynamics.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Demonstrated success in implementing financial best practices and process improvements.
