The Role
We are seeking a talented, results-oriented Administrative Assistant in Saudi Arabia, with a strong passion for customer focus, to join our Admin team. This role will be responsible for working closely with KSA Admin and HR team to ensure the company administrative operations and process in a high-performing, compliant level, with a continues growing employee satisfaction rate in KSA; all within a fast-growing environment. You will have the opportunity to draw on your extensive knowledge of Administration and HR operations in developing corporate policy and strategy, and ensure smooth business operations through successful implementation of key process improvements. Responsibilities: - Assist in resolving any administrative problems and inquiries - Handling expenses etc. - Performing highly confidential administrative duties - Manage the receptionist and office maintenance - Collaborative verification: collaboration with team members is key to ensuring data accuracy - Support to time operation, including attendance record, OT record management and international travel record etc., and ensure the data accuracy - Support to the benefit operations such as staff accommodation management, shuttle bus management, meal management and so on. - Support to employee relationship, government relationship in KSA. - Join cross-team HR projects and operations as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor or above degree. - Excellent skills in oral and written English. - 1+ years HR operation experience, working in a medium to high employee volume, fast growing business is preferred. - Desire to work in a dynamic, aggressively growing environment. - Structured in thinking and communication. Diplomatic and a proven ability to build relationships across functions/regions. Preferred to have experience working across cultures. - Emphasis on continuous improvement.
