Reporting to Manufacturing Manager.
- Machining duties as per instructions on route cards and drawings.
- Responsible in signing off completed stages on route sheets after any machining jobs.
- Responsible in dimensional and visual checks on completed operations, care of tools, machinery and associated equipment.
- Accountable for informing supervisor, QC Inspector of any process non-conformance.
- Responsible in daily checking of CNC machines as per the machine daily monitoring sheet.
- Job Requirements
- Interpret CNC Programs as required on the job.
- Min. of 3 yrs. Experience in operation of CNC Lathe, CNC Horizontal Borer Machine.
- Previous experience with similar oilfield equipment if preferred but not essential.
- Capable of working on own initiative.
- Methodical in approach to assigned work essential.
