Senior IT Planning and Governance Specialist

As a Senior Saudi IT Planning and Governance Specialist at CCDS, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing IT planning and governance strategies that align with industry standards and best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define and implement governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure effective IT planning and governance across the organization.

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement IT planning and governance frameworks, strategies, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define and implement IT governance objectives and metrics
- Manage and oversee IT compliance processes and activities
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure adherence to IT governance frameworks and standards
- Identify and address any gaps or deficiencies in IT planning and governance processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT planning and governance
- Provide guidance and recommendations on IT planning and governance matters to senior management
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders across the organization
**Requirements**:
- Saudi Nationality is required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT planning and governance roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing IT planning and governance frameworks and strategies
- Strong knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 27001
- Experience in conducting IT compliance assessments and audits
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications such as CGEIT, CISA, or CRISC are highly recommended
