- Prepares project cost estimates, evaluate contractors’ bids, and recommend the best option to the client.
- Must have a strong understanding of construction methods and materials and an ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Work with architects and project managers to ensure the project stays within budget.
- Must have excellent mathematical skills and use different construction software programs to create cost estimates.
- They should also communicate effectively with clients, architects, and contractors. Researching to determine the cost of materials and construction workers
- Uses software programs to generate cost estimates
- Reviews estimates with clients and project managers
- Makes revisions to estimates as needed
- Provides support during the project implementation phase

- **Education** : Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architectural Engineering or any with Architecture Education or in similar field discipline.
- **Work Experience** : Minimum of _Three (3)_ Years experience in Estimation Works and with extensive knowledge in _**Fit-outs**_, _**Joineries**_ and _**Furniture Technical Details**_
- **Job Location** : Dammam, Saudi Arabia
- **Membership** : Must be a registered member of _**Saudi Council of Engineers**_ (SCE)
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and AutoCADD Software
- Must have extensive knowledge in Engineering Principles

**Salary**: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
