We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director - Procurement to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves strategizing and executing procurement processes that support our groundbreaking projects, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of efficiency and quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and project requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle including sourcing, negotiations, and supplier management.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers to negotiate advantageous contracts and improve service delivery.
- Guide market research efforts to identify potential suppliers and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand procurement needs and provide strategic support.
- Prepare and present procurement performance reports to senior leadership.
- Lead and mentor the procurement team, instilling a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Ensure adherence to legal and organizational procurement policies and processes to mitigate risks.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant procurement experience, ideally within large-scale projects in the entertainment or real estate sectors.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, market dynamics, and supplier management.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects.
- Proficient in procurement software and tools to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
