Chef de Parties

The Chef de Parties is responsible for managing the daily operations of the kitchen. This includes planning, organizing, and controlling all aspects of the kitchen’s production, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.

The Chef de Parties will also be responsible for ensuring that all recipes are followed correctly and that all food safety standards are met.

**Responsibilities**:
1-Manage the daily operations of the kitchen.

2-Ensure that all recipes are followed correctly and that all food safety standards are met.

3-Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

4-Train and supervise kitchen staff in proper food preparation techniques.

5-Create new menu items as needed to meet customer demand.

6-Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality standards.

7-Monitor portion control to ensure cost effectiveness.

8-Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Requirements**:
1-Minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef de Parties or similar role in a professional kitchen.

2-Culinary degree or equivalent experience.

3-Knowledge of food safety regulations.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:

- chef de partie: 1 year (preferred)
