**Requirement & Responsibilities**:

- 6+ years of experience in the industry in a similar role and 2 years of experience in senior roles.
- Led the strategic planning and implementation of enhancements to our logistic solution's delivery system, leveraging Yii2, PHP, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis. Ensure that development efforts align with business objectives and deliver maximum value.
- Lead engineering teams by providing mentorship, technical guidance, and direction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical vision and development strategies.
- Spearheaded initiatives to optimize code, databases, and systems for superior performance and scalability. Employ advanced optimization techniques and mentor junior team members in these areas.
- Serve as a technical leader within the team, guiding project direction, making architectural decisions, and setting coding standards to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Actively mentor junior engineers, facilitating their professional growth and development. Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team and collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure seamless integration of the delivery system with other parts of the business.
- Lead research and development efforts to explore new tools, technologies, and processes that could benefit the team and product.
- Demonstrated expertise in computer science fundamentals, with extensive experience in Yii2, PHP, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and code optimization. A deep understanding of algorithms, databases, and design patterns is crucial.
- High level of intelligence, enabling rapid understanding of complex problems and development of effective solutions, and possess strong leadership qualities, capable of guiding and inspiring a team towards achieving their goals. Ability to make tough decisions and provide clear direction in challenging situations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to change and navigate ambiguity with ease. Flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches as the project evolves.
- Highly proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and a drive to improve processes, tools, methodologies, and the product itself.
