The role manages the service delivery from technical side, which required to manage immediate trouble shooting and the right disposition to meet the customer expectations. for Surface pressure control in Saudi Arabia full scope services structure (Field/ Repair/ Rental/ Spares). This role also ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its revenue by enabling flawless execution & timely delivery.

**The role will be responsible for**:

- Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars.
- Developing long and short-range resource plans based on region forecasts and business commitments including recruitment, skills reviews and resource development.
- Providing the operational leadership needs to achieve profitable service growth
- Monitoring and communicating new products and specifications, knowledge of customers, rig count, competition (strength and weaknesses) and industry trends
- Fielding incident management process reporting, root cause determination, corrective actions and closure Monitor KPI to evaluate effectiveness
- Maintaining internal compliance and HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical design of Wellhead and tree equipment.
- Have more than 5 years of experience in mechanical design of API 6A products. Full familiarity with API 6A.
- Have experience designing metal seals for wellhead and tree equipment.
- Have background for after marketing business and to understand the urgency for the rig operations.
- Have a strong experience for preparing a trouble shooting for all kind of API6A wellhead.
- Have a strong present front of the customer to preset the trouble shooting proposal and ability to convince the customer with the solutions.
- Have excellent leadership, influential interpersonal and planning skills.
- Have the ability to effectively influence and establish credibility with senior leaders.
- Have the ability to work in a global matrix organization.
