Field Service Manager

**Job Description**:
**Strategy Formulation**
- Develop the strategic objectives & KPIs for the Department as per the Operation Manager's directions and set the individual objectives for employees under management accordingly.
- Aim at achieving the operating results of the Department and ensure that appropriate measures are in place to achieve targeted objectives, reduce risk, and make accurate decisions.

**Budget & Cost Control**
- Help in developing the annual budget for the Unit and ensure that all employees are working according to the assigned budgets by setting the required targets and responsibilities.
- Monitor and control expenditures against the approved budgets and reconcile budget variances to ensure on-target performance against budgets.

**Policies & Processes**
- Develop Policies & Processes for the department in line with Rawabi Wildcat's standards and other applicable laws and regulations and ensure proper implementation of the same by the staff.

**Core Activities**
- Manage all wellbore departure activities to ensure they are being performed in compliance with Rawabi Wildcat's policies and client requirements.
- Ensure all machinery, equipment, service tooling, and spare parts are readily available at worksites prior to the commencement of the job.
- Manage the process of planning and allocating resources (personnel, machinery, tools, supplies, etc.), including job scheduling, as per the job requirements to ensure jobs are completed as per the agreed-upon requirements.
- Optimize the usage of resources available to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Manage and participate (when needed) in addressing any issues/accidents that might occur on the wellsite.
- Develop maintenance plans for machinery, tools, supplies as needed to avoid disruptions to operations due to machinery failures.
- Address major client complaints/concerns that have been escalated by subordinates and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Lead meetings with client representatives during various stages to discuss progress and corrective measures that may be implemented due to deviations.
- Lead all safety meetings with the rig personnel to ensure all tasks and activities performed are in compliance with HSE standards and regulations.
- Ensure proper documentation of all reports generated by subordinates and ensure all necessary information and signatories are available/acquired.
- Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.

**HSE Responsibilities**
- Promote a positive health and safety culture and ensure the health, safety, and welfare of self and others.
- Ensure employee health and safety programs and guidelines are developed, regularly maintained, implemented, reviewed, and complied with.
- Identify any health, safety, or environmental risks in addition to recommending and implementing solutions to mitigate the same.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Manage and recommend continuous improvement of Department's operations taking into account best practices, changes in international standards, and changes in the business environment which demand proactive action plans in accordance with the country's rules and regulations.

**People Management**
- Identify the manpower requirements for the department and coordinate with the Human Capital.

Job Requirements

**Skills**

**Qualifications and Certifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Master's Degree in Engineering or related field would be an added advantage.

**Work Experience**
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the same or related field.
