**Job Summary**:
The Hotel Sales Executive is responsible for driving hotel revenue through proactive sales, business development, and client relationship management. The role involves promoting the hotel’s services and facilities to prospective clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in line with the hotel's strategic goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new corporate and group business.
- Identify and target potential clients through cold calls, networking, referrals, and sales visits.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure client satisfaction.
- Organize and participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Prepare and present proposals and contracts tailored to client requirements.
- Work closely with other departments (F&B, Banquets, Front Office) to ensure client expectations are met.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client contacts, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports and forecasts.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, products, and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and business development.
- Proficient in MS Office and hotel sales software (e.g., Opera, Salesforce, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
- Familiarity with local market trends and key corporate accounts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Working Conditions**:
This position may require occasional travel and attendance at networking events, trade shows, or client meetings outside regular hours.
